In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the parbet platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. parbet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Registration Requirements. To open a parbet account you must: (a) be 21 years of age or older; (b) provide accurate and complete personal information during registration; (c) create a unique username and a secure password; (d) agree to these Terms and Conditions and the parbet Privacy Policy; and (e) not already hold an existing active parbet account.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one parbet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. parbet is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Verification (KYC). parbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised compliance standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are enabled. parbet reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. parbet will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorised transactions, or account activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify parbet immediately — via live chat or by contacting [email protected] — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. parbet may temporarily suspend your account upon such notification to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your parbet account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to operate your account or place bets on your behalf. Any winnings arising from account activity conducted by a third party may be voided.

3.4 Account Balance. Your account balance represents real-money Funds held on your behalf by parbet. Funds in your account do not earn interest. parbet is not a banking institution and your account balance is not a deposit in the regulatory sense.

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the parbet sportsbook are subject to acceptance by parbet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on the platform. parbet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at incorrect odds.

4.2 Odds & Markets. Odds displayed on the parbet platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds may be suspended or altered during live events, particularly during cricket matches where ball-by-ball market movements are standard. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

4.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by parbet in the following circumstances:

• An event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the period specified in the applicable market rules.
• An obvious pricing error was made by parbet (palpable error).
• Match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity is detected or officially reported in relation to the event.
• Technical failure prevented fair bet processing or settlement.
• The market was inadvertently left open after the event result was known.

4.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. For PSL and international cricket markets, settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result or a super over, parbet's specific cricket market rules — available within the platform — govern settlement. Players are advised to review cricket-specific rules before placing bets on weather-affected matches.

4.5 Maximum Winnings. parbet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum, with the remainder voided.

4.6 System Bets. Combination and system bets are available on selected markets. The rules applicable to each individual selection within a system bet apply in full. If one or more selections are declared void, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

5.1 Game Availability. The availability of casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and arcade games (including Mermaid Fishing) on the parbet platform may vary. parbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino and slot games on parbet use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by parbet or by Players. Certified fairness documentation is maintained in accordance with parbet's compliance obligations.

5.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, parbet's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection and the round will be settled accordingly. parbet is not liable for disconnections caused by a Player's internet connection.

5.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction — whether in an RNG game or a live casino game — any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and Funds returned to the Player's account. parbet will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected Players.

6.1 Supported Methods. parbet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 500. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed within the cashier section of your parbet account.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals must, in the first instance, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. parbet reserves the right to enforce this rule to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.5 Bonus Funds & Withdrawals. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real-money Funds deposited by the Player remain withdrawable subject to standard processing conditions.

6.6 Declined Withdrawals. parbet reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending: (a) completion of KYC; (b) investigation of suspicious activity; (c) verification that the Player has met all applicable wagering requirements; or (d) compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation.

7.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by parbet are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is specified within each individual promotion's terms and displayed in the promotions section of your parbet account.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. parbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploiting pricing errors in conjunction with bonus funds. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may be restricted from future promotional participation.

7.4 Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account without compensation. Expiry periods are displayed within each promotion's terms.

7.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. parbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotional offer prior to modification will, where reasonably practicable, be permitted to complete the promotion under the original terms.

8.1 Commitment. parbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity and seek help if needed.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8.3 Session Time Limits. Players may configure session time reminders and mandatory session time limits from within their account settings. parbet will display a notification when the Player's session approaches the configured limit.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes their gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion from the parbet platform. Self-exclusion requests can be made via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

8.5 Age Restriction. parbet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and no winnings will be paid. Any Funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment method following investigation.

8.6 Reality Checks. Players are encouraged to utilise the reality check functionality available within the parbet account settings, which provides periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the parbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of betting corruption.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or coordinated promotional exploitation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the parbet platform.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your parbet account to another person.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity to fund your parbet account.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the parbet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game assets, and the overall platform design — is the property of parbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. parbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works from platform content; or use any content for commercial purposes without parbet's prior written consent.

10.3 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to parbet regarding the platform may be used by parbet without obligation, restriction, or compensation to you.

11.1 Platform Availability. parbet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond parbet's control. parbet is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, parbet excludes all liability for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where parbet's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Force Majeure. parbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, or civil unrest.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your parbet account at any time by contacting parbet via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Funds remaining in your account after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 parbet's Right to Suspend. parbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) engagement in prohibited conduct; (c) provision of false registration or KYC information; (d) failure to meet the minimum age requirement; (e) suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or irregular activity; or (f) regulatory or compliance requirements.

12.3 Balances on Termination. Where an account is suspended or terminated by parbet due to a breach of these Terms, parbet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately won by the Player and not associated with prohibited conduct, they will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

13.1 Right to Amend. parbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the parbet platform with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed prominently at the top of this page.

13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, parbet will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via their registered account contact details. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. parbet recommends checking this page whenever you return to the platform after an extended absence.

14.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which parbet holds its operating licence. parbet operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance frameworks applicable to its licensing jurisdiction.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to bet settlement, account decisions, or these Terms, Players should first contact parbet's customer support team. parbet will investigate all complaints and aim to provide a written resolution within ten (10) business days. If a Player remains dissatisfied with the resolution provided, parbet's complaints escalation process — available upon request from the support team — may be followed.

14.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
